Networking and further training for decentralised equal opportunities officers

Every semester, the central Equal Opportunities Officer inducts the newly appointed decentralised Equal Opportunities Officers into office. Twice a semester, the Equal Opportunities Office organises the Women's Council of the University of Kassel. All decentralised Women's and Equal Opportunities Officers are invited to attend in order to discuss current topics relating to equal opportunities work.
In addition, regular workshops are offered for all Women's and Equal Opportunities Officers for further education and training on topics such as diversity, cognitive bias and sexual harassment.
