Image: Fiona KörnerThe central Women's and Equality Officer supports the university in integrating equality into university development and implementing the statutory equality mandate. In doing so, she works in close cooperation with the Women's and Equality Officers of the Faculties, the Women's Council and the Equal Opportunity Committee.
Women's and Equality Officers are appointed in all Faculties at the University of Kassel. They support the central Women's and Equality Officer in the performance of her duties and work towards equal opportunities, improving the compatibility of family and career and eliminating the existing underrepresentation of women at the University of Kassel.
