Toolbox for ethics-orientated and value-based leadership

The FührMINT project at the Technical University of Munich has developed a toolbox for ethics-oriented and value-based leadership. The toolbox compiles practical leadership tools for science and places a special focus on ethics-oriented and value-based leadership in science. Gender-specific challenges and gender-stereotypical attributions are taken into account and are addressed. The compilation is intended to help (junior) scientists to deal responsibly with leadership challenges and to strengthen their leadership self-efficacy.
