Objective

Generating knowledge about the reasons why women drop out during the doctoral phase and formulating recommendations for action based on the empirical results

Brief description

The project “Leaky Pipeline at Faculty 05 and Faculty 14” is dedicated to the gender equality policy question of why, despite gender equality policy measures at the various university levels, women tend to drop out of the doctoral phase (“leaky pipeline”) and what measures need to be taken to prevent the loss of women in the doctoral phase.

The project "Gender equality policy measures for the leaky pipeline" was funded by the Special Fund for Structural Equal Opportunities at the University of Kassel.
