Objective

Recording the experiences of Kassel students on the subject of studying and sexuality and, based on this, formulating recommendations for action on the subject of sexual violence at the University of Kassel

Brief description

A survey of Kassel students in 2015 on the topic of sexuality and sexism during their studies at the University of Kassel confirmed that female students show a greater fear of sexual assault than male students. The results were presented at the 57th meeting of the University of Kassel's Equal Opportunities Commission. Recommendations for dealing with sexual violence at the University of Kassel can be derived from these results.

The project "Student Survey on Studies and Sexuality" was funded by the University of Kassel's Special Fund for Structural Equal Opportunities.
