A separate account is not required for every task. If you are simply submitting content, reviewing it, or occasionally requesting changes, the work may be handled by someone who already has access.

If changes are made very rarely, a separate account is generally not required. Please check whether changes can be made through someone who already has the necessary authorization.

If yes:

In the future, new accounts will generally only be granted if an existing account is discontinued. During the transition period, we will therefore only consider additional accounts if there is a demonstrated editorial need.

I will use this account regularly for editorial tasks.
I understand that accounts may be revoked if they remain inactive for an extended period.
I understand that, going forward, new accounts can generally only replace existing accounts.
I have checked whether an existing account in my department can be used or transferred.
Management has been informed and has given its approval.
