Gender-equitable appointment procedures

Transparency and strict criteria contribute to quality assurance and equality between women* and men in appointment procedures. Gender equality has been integrated into the procedural steps that are intended to contribute to a gender-equitable implementation of appointment procedures. The University of Kassel has issued general guidelines for the implementation of appointment procedures. The active approach of qualified female academics is of particular importance.
