Dominique Manotti is one of the best-known and most talked-about French crime writers. As a trained economic historian, she has all the knowledge she needs to draw attention to the abuses in the upper echelons of the social elite, and her latest novel Kesseltreiben (Racket 2018) is about the complex maneuvers and intrigues surrounding the takeover of a French corporation by an American company.
