Our Bachelor's degree programs always start in the winter semester. 
Exceptions are the degree programmes in Fine Arts, Organic Agriculture, Electrical Engineering and Vocational Education - Department of Electrical Engineering, which also start in the summer semester .

Combined practical studies (StiP)/ Dual study program

Some degree programs at the University of Kassel can be completed as part of the "Studieren im Praxisverbund - StiP" program. You begin your studies at the University of Kassel and combine your studies with in-depth practical phases in relevant companies. The companies support you with remuneration.

In the dual study program in agriculture, you will complete initial vocational training as a farmer alongside your Bachelor's degree in organic farming.
