The right not to have to leave - European policy and the causes of flight

The work, which will be presented to the public for the first time at the event, takes a critical look at the debate surrounding the causes of flight. Instead of placing the causes of flight unilaterally in the countries of origin, the study addresses how global inequality and the climate crisis, driven in particular by European policy, (co-)produce these causes of flight.
Based on this, it identifies possible courses of action to begin the socio-ecological transformation and realize the "right not to have to leave".
Afterwards, the supporters will present the focal points and program of the Initiative Week.
