Who has power at university - and who doesn't? How do gender, origin, class, experiences of racism and rejectionism intertwine with academic participation? The lecture takes a look at the university as a powerful space and shows how intersectional inequalities have a structural effect - and can be critically questioned and changed at the same time: through negotiation processes based on solidarity, through student councils, through plural perspectives and through a culture of appreciation. An invitation not only to criticize universities, but also to shape them in a courageous and fairer way.
