Empowered into the future: Reflection, participation & perspectives (Event series Mind Matters - Perspectives on mental health)

Advisers: Stefan Klenk and Dr. Julia Limmeroth

The final event invites participants to reflect on mental health together and interactively. Participants can share their experiences and actively contribute their perspectives. The focus is on participation and empowerment. Looking back and looking forward will allow participants to reflect on the entire series of events and their content, but also to transfer them to their own everyday lives and derive future (own) fields of action. Local points of contact will also be discussed. The concluding event will be led by Dr. Stefan Klenk (Head of the Social Psychiatric Service of the City of Kassel) and Dr. Julia Limmeroth (Head of task & applied sports psychology expert).
