New framework agreement for sustainable catering

Are you organizing events, congresses, workshops or meetings at the University of Kassel and need catering?

We are pleased to present the new framework agreement for sustainable catering, which can now be used for events with up to 400 guests.

As hosts, we want to set an example, especially when it comes to event catering. The framework agreement is a central component of our commitment to sustainable event management at the University of Kassel. It was developed in collaboration with the Sustain Group "Sustainable Event Organization" and sets out clear criteria that our framework agreement partners take into account when procuring and preparing food. These include the use of seasonal, regional, fair and organic products, the avoidance of disposable packaging and the reduction of food waste. Sustainable event catering can be ordered easily via the framework agreement. You can use the catering services for events in Kassel, Witzenhausen and Frankenhausen.
