Community Dinner | Onion+

Description: It's high season for onions! In many regions, it is served as an onion tart these days. But the onion can do so much more. Although it is an irreplaceable ingredient in many dishes, it usually remains in the background.

At our Community Dinner, we are putting the onion in the spotlight and want to celebrate it in all its many facets. Raw, braised, roasted or pickled - the onion buffet invites you to explore, taste and combine. You can share your creations with others, taste them together and be surprised - an evening full of flavor and maybe even a few tears.

The subsequent exchange at the community dinner will be complemented by food and/or friends you have brought along. True to the motto: "If you can, bring some food. If you like, bring someone".

Once again, we look forward to welcoming everyone who wants to come to the SDG+ Lab at Wilhelmsstraße 21 for a short or long evening to learn more about onions and other things.
