Matters of Care - An exhibition from the seminar "Care as a form of thought and action in philosophy"

What does it mean to care - for things, for people, for environments, for knowledge?
The exhibition "Matters of Care" invites you to explore care not only as a moral ideal, but also as an everyday, material and relational practice.
Works from the seminar "Matters of Care: Care as a form of thought and action in philosophy" (Institute of Philosophy, FB02) are on display: Care Diaries with ethnographic observations of everyday life, objects and reflections from a repair café as well as results of small group projects in which care was examined in everyday, social and political contexts. The exhibition shows how philosophical concepts of care can be related to concrete experiences, practices and relationships.
The works on display were developed by students and invite you to question your own ideas of care and to think about them further.
