What is still considered a technological innovation today will shape our everyday lives tomorrow: from the way we learn and research to administration, communication and social interaction. AI is not a distant vision of the future, but a far-reaching transformation that will affect all areas of universities and society.
For us, this means recognizing opportunities, classifying risks and taking responsibility. AI opens up new possibilities for research and teaching, relieves the burden of routine activities and creates scope for creativity. At the same time, it demands a critical awareness - for questions of transparency, ethics and participation.
