"Solar power after the end of EEG remuneration - What's next? New operator concepts

From January 1, 2021, the EEG remuneration for the first old solar power systems will expire after 20 years. However, most operators would like to continue operating their systems. The DGS is currently launching the PVLOTSE project to provide clarity for operators and explain the various options. The project and the most important options from today's perspective will be described in the presentation.

However, the EEG is also increasingly raising questions for new systems: The first solar parks have been announced that are to manage without EEG remuneration. And if politicians do not take swift countermeasures, the cap of 52 gigawatts of total solar capacity anchored in the EEG is also expected to be reached in 2021, meaning that there could then be no more funding for new systems. These points will also be discussed and can be debated with the speaker.
