In his presentation, Dirk Schütz will shed light on current developments in the cultural labor market. Based on his many years of experience in personnel recruitment and consulting in the arts and culture, he will provide information on the requirements for future cultural managers, for example, and give tips for career orientation in the cultural labor market.
