The Information Desk can either assist you directly or put your call through to the relevant member of staff at the Doctoral Office. Therefore, please explain your enquiry to the agent on the phone and provide your application or doctoral reference number.
Personal consultation hours
The Doctoral Office offers personal consultation hours on Mondays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Campus Center, 3rd floor. Simply let the staff at the information desk know that you would like a personal consultation and a colleague from the Doctoral Office will pick you up. There is no need to make an individual appointment.
