Information on enrolment procedures for the core study program

- Faculty 01

• Institute for Educational Science (IfE)

The teacher determines the registration procedure. The IfE recommends the registration procedure:

1) Recommendation Registration

2) Recommendation for a subsequent succession procedure

• Registration via the "simple document procedure" and admission by 13.04.2026
• from 14.04.2026 individual agreement on the allocation of succession places between teacher and student.

Please refer to the announcement of the course offer in eCampus for information on the allocation of places in the course in question.

• Institute of Music (IfM)

Due to the system changeover to EXA, the dial-in for the theory and practice seminars of Aesthetic Education (Module 11) will take place via moodle. The first dial-in round took place via immediate admission in the period from 17.03.2026 to 20.03.2026.

The seminars can be attended from the 4th semester onwards.

Registration is possible until the beginning of the course.

• Institute for Vocational Education and Training (IBB)

Please note with regard to the joint offer (lecture by Mr. Goller with associated seminars) in module 4:
Attention 1:
In the summer semester 2026, the registration of the joint offer in module M4 with the lecture "BeWiPd-1540-V1 - Institutionen (beruflicher) Bildung mitgestalten und entwickeln" will be organized via the lecture due to the EXA changeover in the simple registration procedure. As this is a so-called combined course (lecture and associated seminar must be selected in combination), registration is exclusively via the lecture "Institutionen (beruflicher) Bildung mitgestalten und entwickeln" (BeWiPd-1540-V1).

Attention 2:
The lecture contains important information on how to register for the seminars. All students who have registered for the lecture by midnight on March 22 will receive a link by e-mail on March 23. You can use this link to indicate your seminar priorities. This is possible until Thursday, March 26, 3 pm. The places will then be allocated and you will be informed. Subsequently, there will be a succession procedure for the seminars via immediate admission ("first come, first served") in eCampus. Here too, all registered students will be informed of the result of the succession procedure by email.
