Dear students,
We warmly welcome you to the introductory events organized by the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
Starting on Monday, October 12, 2026, you can look forward to a varied program offering information about your studies and your degree program. You will have the opportunity to get to know other students and the WA campus.

During the winter semester of 2026–27, the orientation sessions for your respective degree program will take place between Monday, October 12, 2026, and Wednesday, October 14, 2026. Participation in the orientation sessions is highly recommended.

Regular classes begin on Thursday, October 15, 2026. The semester ends on February 12, 2027.

No classes during the Christmas and New Year’s break: Saturday, December 19, 2026, through Sunday, January 10, 2027, inclusive.
