Should there be any changes to the dates, they will be announced here.

You can also register for a preliminary course that has already started. You will find all the necessary information in the Moodle course after registration. If you have any further questions, please contact us by e-mail at vorkurs@mathematik.uni-kassel.de.

Difference between intensive and compact variants

Intensive and compact variants use the same curriculum for each degree program and differ in principle in terms of their duration, the number of different courses and the independent learning component.

An intensive version lasts longer, includes more courses and is taught in person. A compact version contains fewer courses, so that more topics have to be learned independently, and is conducted online.

All our pre-courses use the same learning platform.

Each of the pre-courses includes several event days that will take place in the specified period.

The rest of the time, learning takes place with the help of the interactive VEMINT learning materials.
