We are delighted to know that you are interested in spending a semester abroad at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).  

As part of this cooperation arrangement, students from all the faculties at the University of Kassel can study at the UMBC for one semester without having to pay the tuition fees. Depending on your subject, exemption from the tuition fees may be worth approx. $11,000. You can apply for a PROMOS scholarship for further funding for your period of study or apply for BAföG abroad.
