Higher Education Pact: Hiring and Permanent Employment Opportunities Remain High
The Hessian Higher Education Pact poses a major financial challenge for universities. However, hiring and permanent employment opportunities within our professional training programs are not affected by the budget cuts resulting from the Higher Education Pact. The university will continue to need a large number of skilled professionals in the coming years and will therefore continue to train some of them in-house. Your chances of being hired after completing your professional training therefore remain high.
