Improving the customer journey for international master's students

Attracting, accompanying and supporting international students, especially in the master's phase, is a topic of high strategic relevance for the University of Kassel. It is therefore conducting the project "Recruitment, support and study success of international degree seeking master students - improvement of the customer journey" in the period 2022 - 2025. Within this framework, communication contexts of involved actors as well as the procedures of relevant processes in the run-up to the studies but also during the studies of the relevant target group are to be restructured and continuously developed on this basis after the project.


Important measures within the framework of the project are the establishment of a network of the actors involved in the study of international students on a central and decentralized level as well as the establishment of a regular working group, an improved process management in the initial information and answering of inquiries of the target group, an optimized provision of information on the Internet, the improvement of administrative procedures as well as the establishment of a professionalized consultation and information on visa and residence law.
