Workshop: Creating scientific papers with Microsoft Word

This workshop provides you with the tools you need to write complex academic papers. At the end of the course, each participant will have created a personal Word template that can be used for their own term paper or thesis.

You should have basic knowledge of Word. The exercises will be held in Word 2016 (or Word Mac). Explanations and assistance for Word 2013 and older can be provided on a case-by-case basis. Open Office, light or online versions of the software cannot be used in this course. In the event that you use "Word" with a different language setting, we recommend that you install the German language pack beforehand.

Please bring your own computer with the Word 2016 program installed to this course.

Word 2016 (Microsoft Office Professional) is available free of charge from the ITS website.
