Talk on the ASL tour: New life in old halls - for a sufficient Henschel Quarter!

How can working and living be considered more closely together again? The COVID-19 pandemic has clearly shown that future (neighborhood) planning must once again take greater account of work and think more closely about living than before. Using the Henschel site in Kassel as an example, the master project "New life in old halls" discussed previous projects and concepts and developed new ideas in the areas of neighbourhood organization, mobility, living, working, culture, education and open spaces.

As part of the end-of-semester exhibition Rundgang, the talk provides an insight into the project results and asks: how can a sufficient neighborhood function?
