Further training for teachers: Teaching that uplifts and opens up the world - global perspectives in elementary school

In this workshop, we will explore content-related and methodological approaches to global learning in elementary school. We will reflect on five different practical examples that focus on participation, engagement, critical thinking and mindful feeling. Since learning and testing communication and expression plays a significant role in this important task, we will present methodological support options that have proven themselves in practice in order to give the younger ones a voice.
Finally, we will take a broader view of the entire school and bring together ideas and experiences for an open-minded and democratic school culture.
