Screening "81 - Five Years of Neighborhood"

Cultural spaces establish themselves in various forms, including in living spaces. How do spatial connections promote neighborhood structures and community? The film "81 - Five Years of Neighborhood" by Florian Bremer will be shown to illustrate this.

The film portrays life and living in Niedervellmarer Straße 81, where 30 students organize their everyday lives between nature, shared apartments, cleaning schedules, gardens, parties and studying. In a subsidized terraced house on the outskirts of Kassel, random living constellations characterize the residents' student days.
