The film "Ohne Chefs" accompanies people who take their working lives into their own hands. They show that a completely different path is possible than the one we know from our everyday capitalist lives. Democracy does not have to end at the executive floor. The collective enterprises presented from all over Germany are not just a daring experiment, but could be one of the keys to the future of our work and economy. Here, solidarity, collective management and mutual help are an important matter of course. These stories encourage us to break new ground together - not just in theory, but in practice.

Schedule:
6 pm: Film screening "Ohne Chefs" (approx. 50 minutes)
7 pm: Discussion with members of the Kassel Collective and lawyer Rupay Dahm
from approx. 8.30 pm: Discussion open to the public
