Company outing on March 11: limited availability

Libraries: The on-site libraries in Wilhelmshöher Allee, in Oberzwehren, at the Kunsthochschule and at Brüder-Grimm-Platz (Murhardsche Bibliothek) will remain closed. The campus library at Holländischer Platz will be open, but the service desk and information telephone will not be staffed on this day. The library at the Witzenhausen site will be open from 9:00 to 22:00 for Open Library use.

International Office: The information desk will be staffed as usual from 13:00 to 15:00. However, no consultation hours are offered.

The cafeterias and canteens are open at the usual times during the vacations.

The Information Desk and Call Center (0561 804-2205) will also be open at the usual times.

The IT Service Center will only be staffed to a limited extent on this day. The hotline and the helpdesk can be reached as usual. However, second-level support will only be staffed to a minimum, which may result in longer processing times for more complex queries.

The switchboard is manned; university staff present in the building can be reached via the extension numbers.

The janitorial services and the technical facilities provide an emergency service for their areas.

All public events at the University of Kassel will take place as planned.
