University admission with a secondary school leaving certificate and qualified training qualification

This entry route is equivalent to the Fachhochschulreife. Please note that you can only study degree programmes leading to a Bachelor's degree via this route. Access to degree programmes that lead to a state examination is not possible.

The following requirements must be met for admission to a degree course:

Secondary school certificate
Recognized vocational training of at least 3 years
Average grade of the vocational training 2.5 or better
(this refers to the degree certificate of the vocational training and not the degree certificate of the vocational school)
