Digitization Auxiliary Processing

Optimization and new development of processes and services:
The checklist (internal) for required documents was made clearer and easier to understand.
Mailing list for current information (see below for registration), currently approx. 210 users, 8 messages so far.
A new staff sheet (internal) with integrated declarations was developed to reduce the number of signatures required by the auxiliary.
The signature of the auxiliary contract by the assignment area can be omitted. (The supervisor confirms the key data of the contract via email).
A new certificate blank has been designed to support the employment area.
Unnecessary termination agreements should be avoided, instead accept termination.
Reason list in case of falling below the minimum employment period (currently 12 months) - these have been integrated into the employment contract template (internal)
