right extreme! Land seizures - resistance - struggles of interpretation

In the winter semester 2024/25, the Kassel lecture series against right-wing extremism will take place again. In memory of the racist murder of Halit Yozgat, which was committed by the right-wing extremist NSU not far from the Holländischer Platz campus in 2006, courses with changing topics have been held annually since 2012 and are aimed at students and urban society alike. An interdisciplinary team from the Faculties of Humanities, Humanities and Cultural Studies and Social Sciences organizes the lecture series with academics and practitioners. In the winter semester 2024/25, the individual lectures are entitled "recht extrem! Land seizures - resistance - struggles of interpretation".

The lectures take place on Mondays from 18:15 to 19:45 in lecture hall 2 of the Campus Center. All students, lecturers and staff of the University of Kassel as well as all interested guests are cordially invited to the lecture series!
