Erasmus+ enables all employees of the University of Kassel to undertake further education and training abroad.     • Participants have the opportunity to purchase a discounted Interrail Pass
    • Can be used for the outward and return journey, as well as trips in the host country and neighboring countries

       

  • Any course or participation fees incurred are not funded separately, but can be paid from the lump sums
  • Participants with additional financial requirements due to
    • Taking along child(ren)
    • Chronic illnesses
    • GdB of at least 20
  • Applications must be submitted at least 3 months before the start of the trip

Checklist for your stay

  1. 1.Informing

    • Find out for yourself about

      - Offers from partner universities
    • Contact the desired institution
    • Clarify participation in the program with your supervisor
  2. 2.Application

    • Consideration of the application deadline of at least 10 weeks before the start of the mobility
    • Application form via e-mail to erasmus[at]uni-kassel[dot]de

    The Erasmus+ team will respond to the funding application within approximately two weeks

  3. 3.Before the stay

      - Mobility Agreement
      (template will be sent by the Erasmus+ team)
      - Grant Agreement
      (template will be sent by the Erasmus+ team)
      - PDF of the approved business trip application
      (application in FIORI Business Trip Management)

    As soon as all documents have been submitted, the grant will be transferred to your salary account

  4. 4.After the stay

    • Letter of Confirmation to confirm the duration of your stay at the host institution

    • EU-Survey
      (invitation to participate will be sent automatically by e-mail)
    • Business trip statement
      (Erasmus+ funding is settled as a lump sum, however, a business trip statement must still be created as a "0-cost" statement)
