Dear first-year students,
first of all, a warm welcome to the “Biology” master’s program at the University of Kassel.
During the orientation days, you’ll gain your first insights into the program and have the opportunity to talk with your new classmates and network.
We look forward to seeing you!

In the winter semester 2026/27 the introductory events for your respective degree program will take place between Monday, 12.10.26 and Wednesday, 14.10.26. Participation in the introductory events is highly recommended. 

The regular courses begin on Thursday, October 15, 2026. The course period ends on February 12, 2027.

Lecture-free period over Christmas and New Year: Saturday 19 December 2026 to Sunday 10 January 2027 inclusive.
