We warmly welcome all new first-year students to the University of Kassel! The orientation days begin on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, and will provide you with information about the University of Kassel and your degree program. In addition, the Student Council offers a variety of recreational activities so that you can get to know one another.

In the winter semester 2026/27, the introductory events for your respective degree program will take place between Monday, 12.10.26 and Wednesday, 14.10.2026. Participation in the introductory events is highly recommended.

The regular courses begin on Thursday, 15.10.26
