The Green Office, University Sports with the GreenSports project and the FG Resource Management and Waste Technology are planning to carry out a cleanup (waste collection campaign) on the campus at Holländischer Platz on Monday, 30.06.2025. Cooperation partners are the initiative Wir machen das jetzt einfach e.V. and the Kassel group of the Captain Paul Watson Foundation Germany e.V.

The cleanup is scheduled to take place between 11:00 and 12:30. All university members and other interested parties are cordially invited to support the campaign. University employees can be released from work for the duration of the event. Tools for collecting the waste will be provided. The starting point is at the Green Office in Nora-Platiel-Straße 2. After the collection campaign, refreshments will be served as a thank you to all participants.

Faculty 14's Resource Management and Waste Technology group will carry out an analysis of the collected waste immediately after the event in order to gain insights into the waste problem on campus. Interested parties are also cordially invited to participate.
