Information for students

For all examinations that take place from February 20 to March 16, 2026 (i.e. also in the first days after the eCampus changeover) and for which registration takes place via eCampus, you must register by February 19, 2026, 11:59 p.m. at the latest (and of course also take into account the requirements of the examination board). Registration is not possible during the maintenance phase.

Since it is also not possible to deregister from exams during this period, failure to appear for these exams in the period from February 20 to March 16 is automatically considered a deregistration (and not a failure).

Important: All of the above regulations apply to examinations for which registration takes place via eCampus, i.e. not, for example, examinations for which you register directly with the lecturer. For these, the same rules apply as always.

Our tip: Are you unsure whether you want to take an exam that you have to register for via the exam management system during this period? If in doubt, register and do not take the exam, you will be deemed to have deregistered in good time.

The course catalog for the summer semester will be published a few days later than in other years, namely directly after the eCampus switchover on March 9, 2026.

This will not result in any disadvantages. The new presentation of the course catalog in eCampus will also be more user-friendly than before.

It will be possible to register for courses shortly after the course catalog goes live, i.e. from March 11. The procedure for preferential admission to courses (PRIOS) is still being prepared and may vary from department to department. We will inform you here as soon as more detailed information is available.
