Introduction

To enable employees and students at the University of Kassel to study and work successfully while raising children, the University of Kassel offers a range of childcare options as part of its family-friendly university program. The following pages provide information on regular childcare, flexible childcare options, and holiday childcare.

Childcare for conferences and meetings

Childcare can also be requested from the Family Welcome and Dual Career Service for conferences and meetings. However, the childcare request must be made in advance (approx. 6-8 weeks) to be able to guarantee childcare. Please note that the costs for childcare must be covered by the event planners.
