Silent Book Club reads in the campus library
A silent book club is a global community of readers who meet regularly to read together in silence. Unlike traditional book clubs, there are no reading recommendations here; each participant brings their own book. The focus is on shared, relaxed reading in the company of like-minded people, with the option of discussing the books read afterwards.
Schedule of the Silent Book Club on May 7 in the Kassel Campus Library:
To start with, there will be a short get-to-know-each-other session during which all participants will briefly introduce which book they are currently reading. This is followed by about an hour of quiet reading together in a relaxed atmosphere. Afterwards, there is the opportunity to chat informally about what you have read or simply to round off the evening. If you wish, you can leave directly - as you wish.
Weather permitting, we will meet on the roof terrace of the campus library.
We look forward to your participation!
