To take part in the sports aptitude test at the University of Kassel, it is highly recommended that you practise the various test tasks beforehand and prepare for the specific requirements. For targeted preparation, the Institute of Sport and Sport Science offers video recordings of the exact test structure, test execution and performance requirements.
