Food upcycling evening (SDG+ Theme Year 3 | Work and Economy)

To kick off the weekend, we invite you to an informative and, above all, delicious evening on the topic of food waste, food recycling and food upcycling at Uni:Lokal. After an entertaining input by chef Stefani Ross on the topic of food waste, we will try out various food upcycling examples and discuss the topic.

The event is part of the SDG+ Thematic Year 3 - Experimentale program on "Transformation in production, work and value creation". The TJ3 Experimentale aims to illuminate, experience and make accessible a range of decentralized, socially inclusive and alternative approaches for a sustainable and circular economy for larger parts of the population of North Hesse.
