The core curriculum in education and social sciences is a mandatory component of the degree program for all teacher education students at the University of Kassel.
As the common core of the curriculum for all future teachers, this program serves as a forum for exchange across school levels, school types, and subject areas. Here, key issues related to schools, teaching, learning, upbringing, education, socialization, and the societal framework conditions of upbringing and education relevant to schools and teaching are academically explored and reflected upon.
