Within B. Braun Melsungen AG, Hospital Care division, we are looking for working students (f/m/d) for Global Supply Chain Management at our Group headquarters in Melsungen as soon as possible.

In the Supply Chain Management department, global demand quantities are planned and procured internally and externally. The automated consolidation of the required quantities and replenishment to the companies support a continuous supply of the sales markets with optimized inventories. Here we operate in an international network. Cooperation at the interfaces to Production and also Marketing & Sales are at the forefront.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Support in the planning, control and monitoring of material and information flows
• Collaboration on forecasts, inventory analyses and KPI reports
• Operational support in scheduling, production planning or logistics
• Analysis of master data, data structures and process key figures
• Creation and preparation of presentations and management documents
• Maintaining and checking master data and system parameters in SAP
• Participation in digitalization and process optimization projects
• Support in the selection of new planning software, incl:
  • Market and provider research
  • Evaluation of alternative tools and system landscapes
  • Participation in workshops with internal stakeholders
  • Preparation of decision papers and presentations
  • Accompaniment of tests or pilot phases

Professional skills:

• Enrollment in a degree program in the field of industrial engineering, business administration, logistics, supply chain management or a comparable degree program
• Analytical thinking and a high affinity for data
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Good SAP knowledge is an advantage, ideally in the MM, PP, SD modules
• Initial practical experience in dealing with transactions, reports and master data maintenance is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken English skills

Employee (m/f/d) IT Audit

Tasks:

• Independent implementation of system and project audits incl. follow-up of measures
• Advising the specialist departments as well as internal and external auditors on audit-relevant issues in audit areas of information and communication technology
• Supporting the staff department with specialist tasks
• Supporting compliance with regulatory requirements in the audit areas (e.g. MaRisk, DORA and international standards)
• Support for external audits
• Supporting audit management in communicating with management and internal and external stakeholders
• Preparation of and, if necessary, participation in audit events
• Answering inquiries from the internal audit department on audit-relevant matters

Profile:

• Completed studies in business administration or computer science or comparable professional training
• Specialist knowledge in IT audit areas
• Good knowledge of the statutory and quasi-statutory principles (e.g. KWG, MaRisk, IDW, FAIT, DORA), the regulatory requirements for FI and FI auditing as well as knowledge of common auditing standards
• Ability to think in a structured and conceptual manner and quick comprehension skills
• High social competence and good written and spoken communication skills
• Assertiveness, independence, organizational and coordination skills, high sense of responsibility, ability to deal with conflict
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
• Good written and spoken English and audit-specific certifications such as CISA or CIA are also desirable
