Module overview

All students must take these modules. There are options within the modules.

Students choose one of the following specializations at the beginning of their studies

  • Electric Powertrain and Infrastructure
  • Vehicle Systems and Dynamics or
  • Smart Vehicular Information Technologies.

Four courses (6 credits each) must be taken from the specialization.

At the beginning of the course, depending on the students' previous knowledge and their choice of specialization, it is determined individually which courses within the module are compulsory. Students with sufficient prior knowledge can choose freely from the courses.

The Master's degree module should demonstrate that the candidate is able to solve a scientific and/or practice-oriented problem in the subject within a specified period of time using scientific methods and knowledge of the subject. It consists of a thesis and a corresponding colloquium.

The courses offered in the individual modules are set out in the examination regulations.
