Sustainable catering

The new framework agreements for sustainable catering make it easy to order event catering at the University of Kassel. An order can cover the preparation, delivery, warming and, if necessary, serving of food and drinks. Catering services are available for the University's own events - in Kassel, Witzenhausen and Frankenhausen. When selecting catering products, our framework contract partners place particular emphasis on seasonal, regional, fair and organic ingredients. Attention is also paid to avoiding disposable packaging and reducing food waste.
