As part of Module 4, you will be familiarized with the content of science communication and apply it in practice.
Scope:
You will need two course achievements and one examination. You achieve academic achievement (a) through active participation in a seminar ("Science Communication") in the summer semester, academic achievement (b) through active participation in 9 research colloquia (subject area/institute) in the course of your Master's degree. You will achieve the ungraded examination achievement through your own presentation of academic content (e.g. as part of a subject area colloquium) in the subject area in which you are writing your Master's thesis. You will achieve a total of 5 ECTS in this module.
Registration:
You register for the seminar "Science Communication" via HISPos, you can simply go to the research colloquia. In the Moodle course "Forschungskolloquien Institut für Psychologie" (see below; registration code: "forschung") you will find an overview of the event dates and main topics of the subject area colloquia and institute colloquia.
Please note whether the events take place in presence or online.

Credit transfer:
You register the coursework for part (a) as usual at the end of the summer semester in HISPOS/ecampus.
Enter your participation in the research colloquia and the ungraded examination in the printed record of participation and performance for module 4 (see below) and have it signed by the lecturer responsible (a stamp is also sufficient).
As soon as you have completed all 9 participations in the research colloquia and the examination, please submit the completed form to Ms. Christiane Braun at the Examinations Office of the Institute of Psychology.
