Brown-bag-Lunch INCHER-Kassel: Systematic reviews: Research methodology and publication potential

Systematic reviews play an important role in identifying, summarizing, and analyzing existing studies. Although systematic reviews are extensively used in the fields of public health and clinical studies, its application in the education sector is rather limited.This presentation will focus on systematic reviews as a research methodology and outline the main steps in conducting a systematic review. The main focus will be on describing the methods (e.g., developing search terms, identifying reviews, selection criteria, and analysis) to ensure a high quality and reliable review and publishing articles based on this research methodology.
