Here's how students get the flat rate energy allowance

Eligible to apply are all students of the University of Kassel enrolled on the cut-off date 1.12.2022 with the exception of guest students, enrollees for the Studienkolleg or a German course in the international study center and cooperation students in the Bachelor's degree program Vocational Education Health or in the Master's degree program Sustainable international Agriculture. Students of these two cooperative study programs will be informed by the respective main university (Fulda University of Applied Sciences or University of Göttingen). If you are eligible to apply, you have already received an e-mail from the University of Kassel.

To apply, you first need the user account Bund(https://id.bund.de/). It is sufficient to "register with username and password". By this simple registration it is not mandatory to register with an electronic ID (ePerso or eID) or an ELSTER certificate.

In addition to the user account Bund, you need an individual access code and a PIN. You will find both, if you are eligible, in the eCampus  of the University of Kassel. You will find your access code immediately on the homepage. Please take your PIN from the "PIN letter for energy price flat rate", which you can also retrieve from March 15 in eCampus under My Studies - Student Services - Notices/Certificates.

You can then use this information to apply for payment at www.einmalzahlung200.de. Please follow the instructions given there when submitting your application.

Please note: Students who exmatriculate by the end of the currently running winter semester 2022/23 will only have access to eCampus until April 30, 2023.
